If you are on Pega 7.X, then there shouldn't be a problem migrating between these two databases as both are supported as per the platform support guide.

As per my understanding, since this is just DB migration, Pega won't be maintaining any dedicated document for it.
However, you can always check the respective deployment guide for more details.
