Message appears when configuring step behaviour

In Excercise Adding Steps to Case Stages I get the following error message when I want to configure the step behaviour:

Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-FLOWACTION' with the name 'PZEDITPROCESSDETAILS' that applies to 'Rule-Obj-Class'. There were 1 rules with this name in the rulebase, but none matched this request. The 1 rules named 'PZEDITPROCESSDETAILS' defined in the rulebase are: 1 unrelated to applies-to class 'Rule-Obj-Class', for example: 'Embed-StageProcess'.

Hi  - One of my customer also getting the same error, any pointer would be a great help.

com.pega.pegarules.pub.generator.RuleNotFoundException: Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY' with the name 'CPMVALIDATEASSIGNMENT' that applies to '@baseclass'. There were 1 rules with this name in the rulebase, but none matched this request. The 1 rules named 'CPMVALIDATEASSIGNMENT' defined in the rulebase are:
1 related to applies-to class '@baseclass', but were defined on subclasses: 'Work-'.
