I was able to include the data in the table, altought for course table is only allowing me to include the Label. The fields Course Title and Course Lenght is not working. And for Assets table as well, I can only include the label.

Is any configuration incorrect?

Hello Isabelle,

Are you saying that some of the fields are missing in the data table?

Once you have created a data table it is not easy to add more fields, so for the course the easiest thing is to create a new data table with a different name, and add all the required fields when you create it.

I'm also having this same problem.  Everything was created with the wizard just fine but when I go to Designer Studio>Data Model>Data Tables and edit the Courses table only the ID and Label columns are editable.  The title and length are not.

This is really an intermittent problem for the online exercise system. I hit it once or twice as well. Really not sure what to make of it. I found that if I alternate between browsers, sometimes I get lucky and I'm able to get the edit field to work.

The surest bet I have found is to use IE, and then use the "Edit in Excel" feature to populate the data into the Data Table.

.ps I only observed this problem on the online exercise system! Didn't seem to hit it anywhere else, either on production systems or PVS. So I won't really bother too much about it as far as training is concerned, and just ensure some data are populated in the Data Table. This feature of Data Table is going to be replaced with something else in Pega 7.1.7 onwards anyways.

The solution was to close all the browsers, clear cache and use chrome.
