Login problem

i devoloped hr services in the midele one part went wrong after that i tryed to delete the system now i cant login to the practice system please help me to recover the login and if my login is recoverd can i create the system in defferent name?

I have some issues with login to exercise system (with username: LeadArchitect). I can log using other user names (User@MainCo, Manager@MainCo, Admin@MainCo). Please help. Thanks. Error I receive is:

Status fail
Message Error: You lack access required to execute Rule-Obj-Activity.ActivityStatusExceptionHandler
