unfortunately Frameworks are not bundling the data instances seperately in their releases. We are discussing with Framework and engineering teams on how this can be addressed in future releaes.
You have to perform the framework upgrade in all the environments.

Thanks Dhev. But I think in future, adding this will be help lot and allow developer to take constistance process and avoid risk of unknown issue while importing framework.
