Is it possible to parse docx files

Hey, Is it possible to set up file service that will be parsing .docx files? Are there any ootb features that can do that, or do i have to use some external jars and java code to get it done?

Pega does not support the parsing of .docx files OOTB. Although you can use third party jars and/or use eForms for this purpose, we do not recommend it as might pose a support/maintenance risk. The best approach would be to edit the files offline.
