Issue opening case type from case designer

When I open case type from Case Type Explorer, getting below error message. Please suggest how to avoid this.

I can see this case type under -application overview and open it from there.

 

'' is either not part of the current application
'Purchase Application' or not listed in 'Cases & data' of the current application.
Only case types listed in 'Cases & data' of the current application can be accessed using Case Designer.

Hi,

can you confirm that if you open your application rule and go to the Cases & Data tab, your case type is listed?

Hi,

I am also facing the same issue, My Cases are getting appeared in Cases & Data tab, even the classes are also appeared in App Explorer, but cases are not getting appear from Case Explorer, getting following Exception

 

'Testing' is either not part of the current application
'Captcha Implementation' or not listed in 'Cases & data' of the current application.
Only case types listed in 'Cases & data' of the current application can be accessed using Case Designer

 

The Flow Action pre-processing activity pzGetSelectedCaseTypeDetails failed: ** Unable to load data page D_pzClassRecord. Required parameters : ClassName. cannot be blank

 

Please Help me to resolve this issue

I often get the same error message, a sure fix is to simply refresh all case types (arrow at the top right corner of case explorer) and you will be able to reopen the case type immediately.
