Instructions in Assignments
Hi
I have a requirement where in user is going to get sequence of assignments and instructions needs to be displayed in the screen to explain what user should perform. Instruction text is quiet lenghty for each assignment and they are subject to change in future. Business users needs a flexibility in changing those instruction on the fly. Can anyone please suggest an idea?

Use a paragraph rule for each screens instructions. Include the paragraph in your section and delegate the paragraph rules to the business.

Hi Ganesh,
You can build a data table. Have Key, Context, Insturction text and any other columns required for your business requirement. Create a declare page to get the instruction text. Also, you can have resuable utilities to get the instruction text by passing Key, Context as parameters.
Also, you can delegate this table for business users to change the instruction text. All instruction text details will present at a single table.

Is there a way to pull out list of all defined instructions for each assignment to get it reviewed and help in capturing new requirements around it.
