Correct placement of field values for assignment instructions and audit notes?

Which Class and Ruleset should be used for correct placement of field values for assignment instructions (pyInstructions) and audit notes(pyHistoryMemo)?

At present, i am assuming as below:

Assignment Instructions (pyInstructions) - 

  • Class used:    @baseclass
  • Ruleset used:  Famework/Implementation Ruleset

Audit Notes (pyHistoryMemo) - 

  • Class used:    Work-
  • Ruleset used:  Famework/Implementation Ruleset

Is above assumption correct? Or should we place them in Enterprise level ruleset? Or in any diff. Class?
