Instructional Overlay UI
Hello,
I am a UI Designer for the State of NJ Courts. We're currently using version 8.2 and I was wondering if Pega offered any sort of "instructional overlay" or "guided tour"? Example: When user logs in, an overlay would cover the screen with an interactive arrow that guides user to click an action.
We have a UI that's not intent driven because of what has to happen on the backend so we need to "guide" the user to the action.

Thanks for the reply. Being the user needs Data-Preference-Operator write permissions - would this work for the general public? We are the main administration for all the NJ courts so we get high traffic - not sure if that would cause an issue.

Hello,
I'm not sure about general public but needs to do some R&D. Is there any change to change your approach.? if yes, launch guided tour on particular button, whenever user clicks on it. Change the appereance of the button, so that it would grab users attention from the screen.
Launching tour like that, wont need any preferences.
