IAC in IOS webview

we have a jsp application, that embeds an IAC / Mashup div and accesses the Pega pages.

  1. The application works fine in IOS 9.0.2 Safari browser.
  2. There is a native mobile app that launches the same jsp application in webview. Here the iac div remains blank and does not render the Pega pages.

For point 2 to work, do we need the Pega Mashup SDK software ?
