i want Date dropdown with dd.mmm.yyyy format

 

i want to display date in dropdown with dd.mmm.yyyy format can anyone help me.

This can easily be performed for a read only field by selecting Format Type= Date; Date Format = Custom (dd.MM.yyyy) 

Your requirement does not make sense for a date input, since using a drop down would produce a very long list.
