how to change the color of text field in read only mode based on some condition
For example it should be red if its beyond threshold and if not green

this can be an autogenerated section - for example in the case manager portal, the worklist urgency field will be displayed in red, orange or black - look at the section called pxUrgencyAssign in UI-Kit in 7.1.8 or higher. This is mainly achieve by dropping the control with the different formats and using a visible when for each cell.
