ı am disable to work it, when ı lunck logviwer.cmd windows warns me and ı click run anyway. I see screen but close suddenly. what can be a problem ?

open a cmd prompt and then execute logviewer.cmd in it. then take a screenshot of whatever error you see in the cmd window.

when ı click run attachted screen is shown and I said run anyway. a empty window open and close suddenly. I dont see its content.

If you can at least temporarily disable the Windows Defender Smartscreen filter, that is one less obstacle to getting this working: https://www.howtogeek.com/75356/how-to-turn-off-or-disable-the-smartscreen-filter-in-windows-8/

It looks like your windows firewall is restricting the logviewer to run .
Please check with your network team once .
