Out of memory issue on pega hosted application

Hi Team,

we have webpshere application server and pega implemented on it, But frequently started receiving out of memory issue. Could you please look into it and help us to resolve it.? Please mention that what all details you required to investigate, then I will provide the same.

Hi Suman,

Can you please check whats JVM heap size for this server.

Also can you please check whats the size of PRPC WORK manager count.

Whats the reason of server going out of memory ?

Suman,

By default, IBM Websphere is configured to generate a JavaCore dump (.txt) on the occurence of an OOME event. Can you please ask your sys admin to get the last (couple) of JavaCore dumps (.txt) and attach to this post for our review. The JavaCore gives vital information regarding the type of OOME (Heap or Native Mem exhaustion to start with).
