What actions did you perform when you got this error. Did you click on the blue hyperlink? I would do a search on your PC and see if HRServices.jar exists. The second image represents a successful zip of the application.
On second screen I clicked the hyper link ' Zip file created.Click here to save HRServices.jar file locally' to save the jar file to local system. If the zip file is created sucessfully please suggest on how can I get that jar to local system.

Simply click the "Zip file created. Click here to save HRServices.jar file locally." link. That presents you with a "Save As" dialog that will allow you to download the generated .jar file. If you closed the web page, you can also select DesignerStudio>Application>Distribution>Export and then chose the "Download Archive from Server" option and download the generated .jar file from the Server.

I don't mean to interupt this thread but, to be fair to Pradeep, when using the online exercise environment the link to save the .jar file locally does not work. To export your work from the online exercise environment requires two steps:
1) export the app as you normally would: Designer Studio > Application > Distribution > Export.
For this first step, select "By RuleSet/Version" in the "Select Export Mode" drop down list, and then provide a file name.
Perform the export - but DO NOT try to download the .jar file locally.
2) Go back to the Export tab of the Application: Distribution page.
For this second step, select "Archive on Server" from the "Select Export Mode" drop down list.
A list of .jar files on the sever will appear. Select the one you want and it will automatically download to your local downloads folders.
