Exercise System - work disapeared

I have been working my way through the course and have been completing the exercises, however, it appears that the test system does not save work when I exit then restart? Is there something I should be doing, thoughts appreciated? I am regularly saving my work in the PEGA app .

The online exercise system will reset if there is not activity in the course after 15 days.  It seems you must have crossed that threshold.  In the future, make sure to open the course and at the very least reset a quiz and answer one question and check the quiz.  This will record activity in the course and your cloud tenant will not be reclaimed.
