Exercise: my control group size not same as shown in solution video

Hi,

In the exercise my control group size was 2,337 not 36 (as shown in the solution video). i.e. it is about 10% of the main customer count. I checked and double checked but couldn't see any difference between what I had done (in the first segment or in the control group segment).

Hi Rob Can you please confirm the size of the Segment "HighValueBranch1", the criteria of which must be the following: Customer.BranchCode = 1 AND Customer.CLV_VALUE > 60 AND Customer.SMSOptIn Contains Y AND In Segment PayMthStdInclusions Also, please ensure that you have selected the intersection in Set #1 and the lone circle in Set #2. Hi Guru,

Segment HighValueBranch1

Today I checked the segment out and:

Set #1 (containing the first three conditions) clicking on the intersection gives estimated total 413

Set #2 (containing the fourth condition) clicking on the lone circle gives estimated total 400.

Yesterday when I tried this both sets gave estimated total 0.

Segment CGHVBranch1

Today:

Set #1 shows that HighValueBranch1 has 400 customers found and estimated total is 400.The control group size is now showing 46.

Yesterday it showed 23396 customers found and estimated total 23396.

I think that yesterday there was a problem with the refresh of the first segment (HighValueBranch1). I had it checked out again and in again two or three times after I made the configuration just for experiment and the estimated total didn't show 400 at any time. It only updated when I looked at it again today.
