Exercice "Populate Dropdown From a Data Page"

Hi,

I created 3 tables (wrong manipulation during creation of 2 first tables).

New page name is D_PositionList3.

A adapted this new page in Collect Personnal Info for field "position applied for" nevertheless when I run the process the contains of the table is not shown. Why ?
