Does Pega 7.x (7.1.9) applications work with "Oracle 12c Release1" Database?.

As per support guide Oracle 12C is supported.

We have a client requirement to upgrade the pega 5.5 application to 7.2 and the oracle 11G db to 12C db as well.

Could anyone please let me the process involved with the database upgrade? also are there any scripts present in PDN ?
