If we have more than one city for a respective zip-code. The overlay should pop up and if we have only single city related to zip-code the city and state fields should auto-populate. I have tried using Local action but for some reason the when rule for displaying the popup if more than one city for respective zip-code is not working. I have tried OOTB activity Process Action as well which is not executing as expected. So, I am left with only one option of running the script.

I need to run the Java script for displaying the Overlay pop up in the modal dialog. Can anyone help me regarding this Query?
