Modal Dialogue behaviour

Hello,

While opening a modal dialogue in our user portal , it is not showing its defined behaviour of coming in the centre and not allowing to change anything outside the pop up domain.

Currently, it is coming on top and attributes are editable outside of pop up dialogue.

Please let me know what could be the reason. Thanks.

Hi Karran,

Modal dialog should always disable it's parent window.

Can you please share the configuration you have done to show modal dialog?

Hello Ravi,

I have done the normal configuration. Onclick event as "Open in modal dialog".

We have raised an SR for the same as an overlay parameter is always been passed thus triggering overlay behaviour.

Small input received from Pega team is that issue could be due to our harness HTML.
