I need to displaye the login error message (when LoginError.pxErrorMessage!="" ) in both English and arabic language. I tried modifying web-login html by adding an additional div with <bdodir="rtl"> and arabic text to be displayed. Only the english text is displayed but the arabic is not. However, IE developer tool indicates that the div is present.
Do you have everything translated, and is the arabic rulset (with translations in it) getting picked up? With the DIV, you are merely telling the browser what direction to display the text, its not directing the browser to pick up a different language. Also, has the operator locale set up to be arabic?

We are not using any localization ruleset; i.e., the application is not localized with any lanuguage pack. Just want to display the error in the login screen in case of login failure something like this:
The information you entered was not recognized لم يتم التعرف على المعلومات التي قمت بإدخالها
