Difference between Idea Processing on File Listener Configuration and Epilog Processing on Service File Configuration
Hello,
I have come across the below configurations in different rule types. Please see the screenshots below.

I am curious to know the difference between these two options and when to use them?

Those options are like perform Preprocessing and Postprocessing activities in flowaction. You can set some data that Service File activity can utilize in the PreProcessing and you can send email or get the processing results from the file service.
