We currently receive emails form partners on a shared mailbox that our Pega 8.3.1 application is listening to and creating cases from.  Some partners are sending us emails that have been encrypted using Microsoft O365 mechanism, OME.  This mechanism, as far as I can tell, does not use certs to decrypt and instead uses the O365 creds to authenticate.

Has anyone been able to uncover a pattern or mechanism to allow Pega to decrypt the emails?  For other types, we can use shared certifications to decrypt.
