One of the reasonf for this can be the large number of log files generate per transaction while handling rules as part of upgrade


This issue can be resolved by modifying the following configuration in DB
1. Disable NUM_LOG_SPAN parameter
2. Increase LOGFILESIZE appropriately
3. Allocate enough space for log files wherever applicable
