Datatransform not working in when it is checked in.

In my application I am using one activity to call two datatransform depending on two conditions.It is working fine when these datatransforms are in checked out mode and not working when it is in checked in mode.How can I solve this issue?Can anyone help us.

Use the tracer to see which Data Transform is being invoked. It looks as though they are being over-ridden with one that is in a more specific ruleset.
