Is there a way to export case level data to Excel? I see the option to export data from the Data menu, but I'm not seeing where you can export data captured from the case itself.
Also, can reports be modified or can you build new reports in Express?

Report creation and editing is coming to Express in 7.2. With 7.2, you will be able to export case data to excel from the reports you create in Express.
In the meantime, exporting case data to excel requires access to the Designer Studio.

In Pega Express for 7.2, you can export report results to PDF or Excel. These options are available from the Actions menu in the Report Viewer after you run a report.
To modify an existing report, run the report and click Edit report in the Report Viewer.
From the Report List, you can create a report by clicking New report.

Reports can be modified by running the report and clicking on Edit Report in the Report Viewer.
And for exporting to PDf or Excel we can achieve that from the Action menu in Report viewer.
