Report displaying all the Data entry Fields
Hi
We have a workflow where for one particular form we have questionnaire in tabbed layout and ask around 200 questions. Now user wants report that displays all the 200 fields for their analysis of which question is answered what. We cant expose 200 fields and write them a Report definition. Is there a better way to handle this requirement?

Data Model
=============
You can create the dataType for the questions, including the case id (PyID) of the current questionnaire case.
Configure the savable data page which sources the questions page list.
Case Design
============
Refer to the section in the case area which sources the data from the savable data page. Add a submit button with the activity that has the save data-page method which saves the data back to the table.
Reporting
============
You can write a report on the data-type table with the caseID as the filter condition.
OR
One more approach is you can use declare index for the questions page list property to use this data in the reporting.
