CSA 7.1 detailed exam format

I have completedthe SAE1 and SAE2 and now going to take CSA exam.
Please help me clarify following doubts on CSA 7.1.6 exam:
1. Does the exam have negative marking for incorrect answers?
2. Can I navigate to any question (back and forth) during the exam?
3. Do all the questions carry same weight-age (equal marks for all questions) ?
4. Can we CHANGE the answer to any question marked previously?
5. Do the answers to all the questions get submitted at the end of test (in one go) ? or are the answers submitted one by one ?
6. Is a timer provided on screen for showing remaining time?
7. Is paper- and pencil allowed in the exam?
8. Can we 'bookmark' any question during the exam for answering it later during the course of exam?
9. Are the 3 experimental questions marked explicitly as 'experimental' ?
Kindly help clear these doubts.
PS: I could NOT find the answers to these questions in the blueprint.

All Yes except 1, 7 & 9. You will be provided a pad and marker at the exam centre. You answer any experimental questions as usual.

Assuming all the question types (multiple choice, multiple answer and true/false) carry equal weight-age (assuming 1 point for correct answer; 0 points for in-correct answer);
I would need to get any 49 (70 x 0.7 =49) answers correct to clear the CSA - Am I correct?
Can you also clarify on question 5:
5. Do the answers to all the questions get submitted at the end of test (in one go) ? or are the answers submitted one by one ?

Yes, you're calculation is correct.
The exam is not scored until a) you submit the exam for scoring, or b) you run out of time. Think of it this way: you are given an exam booklet and a pencil. You sit down at a table and you mark what you believe to be the correct answer for each question. As you work through the exam booklet, you can go back to previous pages/questions and easily change your answers.
But! Once you hand the exam booklet back to the proctor, you can't get it back.
You will get your score from the exam proctor w/ a breakdown of test domains and the percentages you got correct in each domain. If you run out of time, the proctor takes the exam away and scores all unanswered questions as incorrect.
Pretty standard certification exam procedure.
