Create a CSV File Listener

Hi All:

 

I am extrememly new to the Pega software, running version 7.1.  I have been tasked with Creating an application that will grab a CSV File from a file share, and importing the data so that it can be used later in the process.  Any help in this task would be greatly appreciated, as I am not exactly sure on the best way to proceed.
