Create WO from CSV file

Hi,

I have requirement where I have to create a WO from CSV file. 1 record =1 WO

CSV file will be uploaded in CaseType1.

Need to create WO for CaseType2.

How to parse CSV file in activity ? As the file is attached to CaseType1 WO.

Can someone please help me with detail csv file parsing code as well as case creation code (Case need to be created from sibling class).
