Collections Framework in Pega
Hi,
I did go through the product guide from PDN for Pega Collections
Product overview page on PDN for Pega Collections says : framework as two layers 1) Foundational and 2) servicing desktop. The foundational layer can actually be used for payment arrangement monitoring, and collections strategy execution , dynamic treatment and real time guidance with Next Best Action processing
However, the standard list of business processes available with collections framework(CF) mostly covers CPM processes like address change / add contact and so on.
There are only 2 Collections specific processes seen
