classic navigation mode

1. Is classic navigation mode still an option in PegaCS 7.1.4?

2. To what extent is PegaCS 7.1.4 code backward compatible to support classic navigation mode?

3. What are the limitations or constraints of going with the classic navigation mode in PegaCS 7.1.4?
