Cascading Approvals - Ability to select between workqueue and user
Hi,
Any interesting ideas on using Cascading approvals feature to send approval requests to work queues instead of users? without having to create copies of final rules in our app and customizing them?

Well, this is an interesting question and I guess there is no OOTB way of doing it.
One very crude way I can think of is updating your cascading approval routine to send the cases to one particular approver.
For that dummy operator, specify Unavailable From and to range and select Workbasket as substitute operator Type.
