Building churn model

The exercise pdf for "Building churn model" uses Category as "loyal" and "churned". However the environment shows them as "active" and "dormant".

Please correct.

Hi Tito,

I believe you have selected an incorrect template. It looks to me that you have chosen Dormancy Scoring rather than a Churn Model template,
