Hello, I’m Venkateswara Rao Konjeti. I have over 13 years of experience in development and support operations, including 4 years at Pega. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in customer-facing roles, helping clients resolve issues related to Platform Integration backlog.   

It’s been my pleasure to support clients across various Pega platform versions, from PRPC 8.x up to the latest Infinity 24 release.  
I’m excited to be a part of this forum and look forward to sharing my knowledge and insights with you all.

With 8 years of experience in development and support operations, including 3 amazing years working with Pega clients and partners, I’ve loved investigating customer issues, providing solutions, and always looking for ways to improve our product.
