1. Verify that indeed the System Architect can see the change, that the change is activated, and that Call center operator does not see the same change
2. Open the strategy (modified one) as a System Architect and as a Call Center operator. Do you get really two different versions?
3. Every revision created a new ruleset version. Give access to the Call center operator to the Designer studio portal. Log in and check application stack. The new ruleset version (associated with the revision) should be in the app stack. Compare app stack with the one from SystemArchitect. Should be similar.
4. Try to do a new change and redo end to end all steps to see if you did not miss smth during the process.
