Advanced agent schedule times - impact of setting AM/PM drop-down
I'd like to understand the impact of the AM/PM drop-down on Pega 6 in the time specification for agents that are scheduled to run at a particular time.
The drop-downs for the time include a drop-down for AM/PM and the drop-down for the hour will accept values from 0 to 23.
Suppose the agent is scheduled to run at 04:00:00PM - will it run at the same time (i.e. 4pm) as an agent scheduled to run at 16:00:00PM?
Suppose the agent is scheduled to run at 16:00:00AM - would it just ignore the AM bit and run at 4pm?
Suppose the agent is scheduled to run at 00:00:01PM - would it recognise the hour as per the 24 hour clock and run at one second after midnight, ignoring the PM part?
Finally, suppose the agent is scheduled to run at 00:00:01AM - would it simply recognise the hour as per the 24 hour clock and run at one second after midnight? (And would 12:00:01AM be recognised as one second after midnight too?)
