0x80004005: Unspecified error during unzipping

Hi,

When I try to unzip the downloaded "DSME715_SS_PVS_20150224" file.I am getting "0x80004005: Unspecified error" .

Is there any Pega Cloud instance available to practice Pega Decision Management Essential Exercise.

Please use 7-zip to unpack the archive as specified in the PVS Quick Start Guide at the top right of the screen in the Downloading the Exercise System lesson.
