"pega.desktop.infinity.refreshCaseSections" shows Harness error
Hi I am trying to do a refresh using RunScript in Action tab.
When it tried to refresh, harness error shows up. Sometimes it works, but throwing error most of the time.
I am using "pega.desktop.infinity.refreshCaseSections" and giving section name as parameter.

@MarijeSchillern I tried most of the things, which didn't help.
My scenario is when a customer sends a text message, it should be visible in the Messages Section, without any click.
I tried Call @baseclass.ReloadSection, it is running but Section is not reloading.
Is there any Script that I can run in Activity or any Action that can be performed or any other way.
Can you please suggest correct approach to achieve this.

@AnandKumarS0042 this does not sound like the issue originally logged.
As you are sending text messages, are you using Customer Decision Hub?
Which documentation are you following?
Configuring the delivery of an SMS treatment with the Send SMS shape
Please clarify what you have designed and show screenshots of where you are running into issues so that other users can understand what you are trying to build.

@MarijeSchillern I have used the above method to refresh content using "pega.desktop.infinity.refreshCaseSections" and by passing the Section Name. I am receiving the harness error.
Can you please suggest how to make this work without any error.

@AnandKumarS0042 If there is no further suggestion here on the PSC forum you could create a support incident via the MSP. If you go down that route please provide the INC reference here so that we can help track it.

@MarijeSchillern Hi I found that Review harness is in Work- class, but it is checking in baseclass because the section which is running the script "pega.desktop.infinity.refreshCaseSections" is in @baseclass.
Any work around to make it work.

Can you try revalidate & save of the harness and associated sections to find out which section is causing an issue.
That's the right approach to debug this issue. Sometimes harness & section available in FW layer might not be getting inheritance from implementation layer.
