Archival process only archives some cases older than set period (pyPolicy)
Hi,
We've a question regarding the archival functionality of Pega. We want to archive the CT casetype. The pyPolicy we set to 480 so that all cases older than 480 will be archived:
The problem is that we see that some cases are being archived, while others not. See a screenshot of the results of a report we build, there are still CT cases in the system older than 480 days:
Did anyone encounter same issue or knows how to resolve this?

In addition to question above. This behaviour we see last couple of days:
pyPolicy is set to 485.
Yesterday these cases were still in the system:
Today these cases were still in the database:
As you can see, Pega only archived cases from 10190918 and some cases from 20190919. In total Pega archived 2840 cases, but I don't understand why not all cases are archived that are older than 485 days.
Can anyone explain this behaviour?
