How to customize BIX storage path with some other DSS rather than BIX/sharedpath? Is there any way?

I have to store the extracted bix files in customized location. I should not use existing path BIX/sharedpath DSS for this. How can I achieve this. Do we make any changes in OOTB activity which is responsible for extracting "pxExtractDataWithArgs".

Can someone suggest on this.
