zero size zip files being downloaded at target system in migration wizard

Hi everyone,

 

I am facing one issue while using migration wizard in pega 8.4. The issue is target system is downloading zip file from source using diagnostic user credentials. But downloaded file size is "0".  Even if I tried to download using below link on browser, I am getting zero size zip file. Can you please tell me what would be the issue with zip file?

Any help would be appreciated.
