Before you leave page does not have a link for survey

The page gives instructions as to how to answer survey questions but does not provide a link to access any survey. Not sure how to complete this module then

Hello Paul

You need to complete all the lessons in the course to see the Take Survey option. You'll know if a lesson is completed if there is a green check mark against it.
