We have survey that is being sent to the consumers via Email and can be accessed via link. However, users can only open it once and whenever they resume on completing the survey form, error message is being displayed. Please see attached image. It looks like the first session was not able to close the object when they exit or close the form. Is there any way or configuration that we need to setup in order for the users to be able to access the form again?
I have opened the links from my yesterday's testing, and the survey form is available again. I have yet to check if this is because of the default of 120 mins as mentioned in the link. Is there a way to set this up in a way that the link will be unlock again once they close/exit the form/browser tab?
Based on these links: how-to-implement-directed-web-access, how-customize-directed-web-access, until the survey form is not expired and is not completed, the internal user can restart the external assignment, thus, this should allow to reopen the link. Is it possible that our flow is failing to restart it that is why we are getting the Assignment Processing Error?

Thank you for the response. As for your question, no, we are just testing this on the same machine. We have observed that when we open the link again on different browser such as IE, we are encountering the error message. However, when we open the link first via google chrome (Incognito) and open it again on the same mode of browser, we are able to open the form successfully.
Could it be that the system is creating another user per browser/session every time they click on the link?
