XBAP Support for Pega Robotics
We are currently developing on Pega Robotics v8.0.1028 and have run into a problem trying to interrogate an XBAP (WPF application inside a browser) whereby we can only see the main window of the browser. We cannot interrogate specific controls within the page. I've tried interrogating with both Default and Select Element options. Is this type of application not supported in robotics? I've uploaded a screen shot of the interrogation.

Hi Erik,
Try this.
1. Start interrogation
2. Go back to PegaRobotics Studio
3. Click on Web Controls tab, locate the control and right click on that to create control.
Note: If web controls tab is not listed the controls then check other tabs.

Thank you for the suggestion. I followed your steps however there's still nothing usable as you can see in the attached screenshots. I've checked some things on the XBAP site http://www.xbap.org/ but I don't see any popup blockers nor can I adjust any internet settings since they're locked down in AD. I'm thinking this is something which isn't supported.

Hi Erik,
I'm having the same issue with a WPF application. If you contact support they will help you with the process. What I've been given for steps:
1) Validate you're not able to interrogate (which it looks like you have)
2) Open a support request.
3) They may have you create a use case document.
4) Support will setup a webex to collect information on the application and interrogation.
5) They open a translator request with their development team.
6) After development effort they provide test dlls.
I'm on step three for a similar issue. I hope this helps!
