Does Pega Robotics Support Oracle EBS ?
Hi Team,
I am trying to interrogate Oracle EBS application(12.1.3) using Openspan 8.0.1030. While interrogating a particular frame , I am getting error in the virtual controls tab as below.
"(Failed to get VirtualClassName: CVirtualJavaBroker::InvokeReceived: Exception invoking method GetVirtualClassName on object with id 10C8) "(Failed to get Text: CVirtualJavaBroker::InvokeReceived: Exception invoking method GetText on object with id 10C8)"
Most of the controls i am getting the same error and it is very frequent.
Also i am not able to find certain controls like the tabstrips and the controls within the tab. Please find the attached screenshots for reference.
Could you please confirm that Pega Robotics supports Oracle EBS 12.1.3 applications.?

Hi Cerin,
I also came across this Cumulative Build Notes: Pega Robotic Automation version 8.0 in which I found that there was a hotfix issued that adds support for Oracle Forms menu Items.

Hello!
On reviewing the SR, we see that it was closed since the investigation could not proceed further with the note that Oracle Forms support was not verfied for this product version.
