Wrong % of Completion for SSA Course

Hi,

I have completed till chapter 22 and when I log in back it says till chapter 14 is completed. And out of 63 chapters if I have completed only 14 chapters; how can it be 33% completed? Is it related to cookies? Please advise.

I think the caching issue is severe. If I complete some lessons in my personal laptop, and then some in office laptop; completion don't appear properly. But if I'm using incognito, then it appears properly. I hope it is not advisable to use incognito every time to use pdn learning.

Please perform the following in order:

-    Log out of current Pega Academy sessions
-    Close all active browser tabs/windows
-    Completely clear browser cache and cookies
-    Restart browser and retry access to the course again from https://academy.pega.com/dashboard/online
-    If issue persists try a different browser brand or start an Incognito session in Chrome and try again
