Worklists

On the Work tab, in Worklists, are these 'worklists' only generated based on workflow/case type routing?

"Worklists" under "Work" tab on the left-side navigation menu for Case Manager portal is populated by a table sourced from either a report definition or a data page sourced from a report definition.

You can use Live UI tool to capture the section and further check how the data is populated.
